How do you tell if a psychology study is solid science?
In my latest video (released later today) I walk you through a hypothetical study abstract (cold showers & “mental toughness”) and use it to show you 7 questions you can ask to judge how much confidence a study deserves. So, even if you have no prior training in psychology or research methods, this video will enable you to get started with evaluating psychological research.
